Overlooking the G-CADD arts district of downtown Granite City, and the infinite horizon beyond, this orb personifies the powerful proliferation of surveillance today. Surveillance provides an endless loop of doubtful examination that ultimately reveals critical threats to freedom, civil liberty and identity privacy.
